Description
The Kilcarra Tweed Coatigan is made from chunky, rustic wool featuring an all-over cable design. It has drop shoulders and an oversized fit, suitable as an outer layer or coat. Finished with ribbed trims, a funnel neck, and concealed central poppers for a heritage-inspired statement piece.
Pure new wool refers to wool that is freshly sheared from sheep and has never been processed or recycled. It’s known for its natural warmth, durability, and softness ideal for high quality, long lasting woolen garments and textiles.
Hand Wash only When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle. Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.
Pilling Clothing made from natural fibres can occasionally 'pill'. These little balls of fibre or 'pills' are created as the smaller fibres in the twist of yarn naturally shed with wear. This will lessen as you wash and wear your garment.
